It is up to you whether or not to notify this person that you are giving us the contact. We follow a strict confidentiality policy and your identity will not be revealed to the potential candidate unless you instruct us to.
Further on, our technical recruiters get in touch with the referees and discuss details about their skills and experience, as well as on their willingness to move to a new job. If the process is successful and we find the person you recommended a new job, you will receive a cash premium upon the signing of the contract. The amount of that premium varies and depends on the position and the salary of your referee.
