Please briefly introduce your company – core activities, clients, and team.
Consensus is a fast-growing SaaS company with teams based in the US and Europe. Our mission is to transform how businesses buy enterprise software through our intelligent demo automation platform. It empowers presales and sales teams to automate their demo process, optimize their workflows, and significantly shorten sales cycles. Among our clients are renowned companies such as Salesforce, Atlassian, Oracle, Autodesk, Coupa, and other Fortune 100 organizations. Our team in Bulgaria consists of 51 professionals – software engineers, QA specialists, product managers, and designers. In Poland, we have a team of 12 people.
What challenges were you facing before working with us?
We launched at the end of 2021, in the midst of the pandemic. We planned to establish a legal entity in Bulgaria, but travel restrictions repeatedly delayed the process. We had candidates ready to start, yet we couldn’t hire them officially. The available alternatives only offered temporary contracts, while we prioritized providing security and stability for our employees. Another challenge was our lack of brand recognition – at that time, no one had heard of us, making recruitment even more difficult. Our partnership with MiNDS proved to be crucial – thanks to them, we managed to build almost our entire team.
What were your goals when you started the partnership with us?
Our main goal was to offer a stable, secure, and transparent work environment for our future employees. We wanted to partner with someone we could trust – with a solid reputation and proven expertise.
